The Lady series of beers are fermented in stainless steel tanks with a mixed culture of brewers yeast (Saccharomyces) and wild yeast (Brettanomyces). The Distinguished Lady beer is then racked to oak barrels with orange juice and grapefruit juice, and aged for several months.
Mixed fermentation, barrel aged farmhouse ale aged with orange juice and grapefruit juice
Straight up sour and fruity with big grapefruit, orange blossum and tropical juice notes
Mashed with malted barley and spelt. Aged hops added in the kettle. Fermented in stainless steel conical tanks, and aged in oak barrels with orange juice and grapefruit juice.
