At Good Beer, we experiment daily with new ingredients, dry-hopped variations, aging in oak barrels, and hybridized styles. You'll find that our preferences generally steer us towards hoppy Pacific Coast American-style beers and fruity yeast-driven farmhouse style beers. The Tasting Room in Downtown Santa Ana will always feature one-off variations on our favorite styles. We'll do our best to list all the different variations of beer we have served in our tasting room right here:

AZACCA SESH IPA
BEER SALVAJE, blond 100% Brettanomyces
We invited wild Brettanomyces yeast into our brewery to ferment this blond Belgian-style ale. You'll find flavors and aromas of fruity tart candy and sweet green honeydew melon in this beer. 7.4% abv. Served in a Tulip.
BEER SALVAJE (TOPAZ)
BELGA WEST, Belgian-American hybrid pale ale
A very light, dry and crisp Belgian-style single with a substantial dose of American hops resulting in a bouquet of floral perfume. There's a noticeable bitterness in this beer, reminiscent of what many brewers are doing with Pacific Coast india pale ales. This trans-Atlantic hoppy hybrid was fermented with our house saison yeast. 4.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
BLACKBERRY ORO, a sessionable sour golden farmhouse style ale aged in wine barrels with blackberries
The light and sessionable sour base beer - Tart Oro, is exploding with pineapple, mango, and bright citrus that you can session on all evening. We age this base beer in wine barrels with various fruits adding complexity to the beer that is unrivaled. 4.2% abv. Served in a Tulip.
BRAVO, hoppy wheat fermented by Brettanomyces
We fermented a simple wheat recipe with our house Brettanomyces blend, which includes Drie and Claussenii. Then we dry hopped this sucker with amazing American hops - including Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, giving it tropical fruit, peach, apricot, strawberry, and melon flavors. 5.2% abv. Served in a tulip.
BREKI STOUT, breakfast stout
We incorporated smoked malt into this dark and creamy Breakfast Stout. Oats contribute a silky texture, roasted malt brings coffee aromas, and smoked malt adds a hint of bacon. It's breakfast in a beer. 7.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
SAISON DOS, 100% Brettanomyces saison
This light blond ale fermented entirely with wild yeast is rich with spicy and fruity aromatics uncommon to a beer fermented with a tradicional ale yeast. Our second farmhouse ale in a long lineage of Belgian-style beers. 5.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.

DTSA IPA, an American IPA
Our unfiltered India Pale Ale is fermented with California Ale Yeast and received heavy hits of fruity American hops. This citrusy and tropical IPA will turn your frown upside down. 7.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
DTSA CITRA, an American IPA dry hopped twice, first with Amarillo hops and then with Citra hops
This version of our hometown IPA is a big hit, available in very small batches due to the availability of Citra hops. As we grow and our hop contracts kick in, we'll be able to release more of this beer to the masses, including distribution, but for now, this single-keg concoction is only available in the tasting room. 7.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
DTSA CITRUS, an American IPA with meyer lemon, lime and grapefruit zest
Our American IPA is already pretty citrusy. We decided to amp it up a little bit with the addition of fresh citrus zest from the Downtown Santa Ana Farmers Market! 7.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
DTSA ZING, an American IPA with Fatalii peppers
Our well-balanced malty-hoppy American IPA serves as a great background for special additions, like this batch that features the spicy green pepper flavors of the Fatalii pepper variety, grown by our very own brewmaster himself. 7.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
EAST END SESH IPA, a sessionable American IPA
It's not secret that we love the IPA style. In this IPA we bring a sessionable abv, solid malt backbone, sufficient body, and a nice bitterness to accompany a citrusy and resinous hop flavor. 4.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.

ESPECIADO FOUR, saison aged with coriander and black pepper
Evenly spaced, and dosed with coriander and black pepper, this spiced saison is bursting with lemon zest notes. It's a one time offering that we really enjoy. 4.5% abv. Served in a tulip
GEORGE (WHITE PEACH)
GINGER POWER, pale ale with lime zest and ginger
Two of Downtown Santa Ana's favorite gingers got together to craft this citrusy and spicy pale ale. Based on Downtown Santa Ana's infamous cocktail, the Moscow Mule. 5.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
MANGO PUNCH ORO
OAK AGED BREKI, a breakfast stout with vanilla beans and American oak
Our creamy Breakfast Stout aged with American medium-toast oak cubes and split-and-scraped vanilla beans. This one-off is available for a limited time in the tasting room. 7.5% abv. 8oz pour.
PALE WHEAT, a hoppy American wheat beer
Our hazy American pale ale is brewed with white malted wheat and a substantial addition of Amarillo hops. This beer pushes the boundaries of what a wheat beer should be. 5.5% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
PEPPERS PRIDE (CLUB-ONLY)
PRIMERO CALYPSO, sessionable dry hopped saison
The beauty of old world yeast and brewing techniques meets the Pacific-coast hop flavor profile in this dry hopped farmhouse ale. Our house saison is paired with complex fruity American hops. 4.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
PRIMERO SORACHI, sessionable dry hopped saison
Our first farmhouse ale is deep amber with a heavy malt backbone and aromas of raisin and linen. With the addition of Sorachi Ace hops, this beer becomes a Belgian-American hybrid, featuring citrus and lemon flavor and aromas. 4.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
SAISON DOS, wild all-Brett farmhouse saison
We brewed up a traditional farmhouse grist of pilsner and wheat malt, giving this saison a fantastic doughy malt backbone. This beer was then fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend, giving it subtle flavors of peaches and lemon rind. 5.5% abv. 8oz pour.
SAISON PRIMERO, sessionable Belgian-style saison
Our first farmhouse ale is deep amber with a heavy malt backbone and aromas of raisin and linen. Sit down, have a glass of our house saison and make new friends. 4.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
SAISON TRES, dark farmhouse saison
The grist of this beer is an adaptation on a Belgian-style dubbel or Flanders red. It was then fermented with our fruit-forward saison yeast. This richness of the dark malts and fruity esters will blow your mind. 6.0% abv. Served in a Tulip.
SAISON VIEJO, a wine barrel aged amber saison
Brewing beer in a 130-year old building that originally served as a livery inspires us to brew farmhouse style beer. This amber saison was aged in red wine barrels over the winter, giving it a distinct dryness, dried fruit character and red wine flavors. 4.9% abv. Served in a tulip
SAISON VIVO, a wine barrel aged farmhouse ale
This blond farmhouse ale was fermented with our house Brettanomyces blend and aged in red wine barrels for several months giving it a lot of peach and jammy apricot flavors. 5.7% abv. Served in a tulip

SOUR CACTUS, sessionable saison with sour prickly pear fruit
Our first farmhouse ale is deep amber with a heavy malt backbone and aromas of raisin and linen. We added a sour prickly pear fruit sourced from Mexico, giving it green cactus flavors and a slightly tart finish. 4.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
STOUT DE OLLA, breakfast stout with cinnamon and coffee
Our breakfast stout serves as a great base for our Mexican-coffee stout. We added cinnamon and coffee to enhance the dark roasty flavors in the breakfast stout. 7.5% abv. Served in a Tulip.
TART ORO, a sessionable sour golden farmhouse style ale
This light and sessionable sour beer is exploding with pineapple, mango, and bright citrus that you can session on all evening. 3.9% abv. Served in a Tulip.
WEST END RYE IPA, india pale ale with rye malt
A significant dose of malted rye adds subtle fruitiness and spiciness to this India Pale Ale. It was hopped exclusively with 2014 Centennial and 2014 Simcoe hops for a fresh balance of citrus and pine flavors. 6.0% abv. Served in a Pub Glass.
