For this cold season, we’ll serve you hot soup with Saint-Monon’s white beer: Belle Famenne!
Step 1: Peel two potatoes, four Carrots and one large onion. Wash and dry them.
Step 2: Melt a notch of butter in a pan and add the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Stir regularly.
Step 3: After ten minutes on medium-high fire, add 50CL of Belle Famenne. Let cook for another 5 minutes at medium-high temperature.
Step 4: Mix everything and serve with fresh parsley and bread croutons.
