The following questions pertain specifically to the GOOD BEER Online Store.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY BEER?
We’ll hold cans and bottles purchased through the online store for one month following the release date. After 30 days, you’ll forfeit your beer. You can contact email@example.com if you have any questions.
HOW DO I SHIP MY BEER?
You can select “Flat Rate Shipping” during the check out process. We’ll ship your beer via Golden State Overnight for $10. You can choose to add your order to a future shipment by selecting “Combine with future order” at check out. Alternatively, if you live locally, or you plan to swing by the brewery before the pick up deadline, you can select “Pick up in DTSA.” If you select “Pick up in DTSA” and you’re unable to stop by the brewery, or if you select “Combine with future order” and you don’t place an order before the pick up deadline, you can purchase a “Flat Rate Shipping” item in the online store.
HOW DOES THE “FLAT RATE SHIPPING” WORK?
If you have bottles or cans from previous orders (you selected either “Pick up in DTSA” or “Combine with future order”) that you’d like to ship, you can purchase “Flat Rate Shipping” in the online store and we’ll ship you everything you’ve purchased. We will NOT ship beer if it has been forfeited (it has been more than 30 days since the release date). Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or if you need help.
